BRENHAM WOMAN ARRESTED ON ASSAULT CHARGE
A Brenham woman was arrested earlier this (Thursday) morning on an assault charge.
Around 4am, Brenham Police Officer Rosa Salinas responded to a call on the 1000 Block of Key Street in reference to an assault.
After investigating at the scene, 42-year-old Becky Kemp was taken into custody, and transported to the Washington County Jail.
She has been charged with Aggravated Assault of a Date/Family/Household Member with a Weapon.
