PEACE OFFICER MEMORIAL SERVICE MAY 13 AT FIREMAN’S PARK
The Washington County Peace Officers Association will host its annual Police Memorial Ceremony next week, in a new location.
Due to ongoing construction around the Washington County Courthouse, this year’s event on Wednesday, May 13th will move from the courthouse square to Fireman’s Park in Brenham. The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m.
The solemn event honors the lives of law enforcement officers and invites community members, local officials and public safety personnel to pay their respects.
The ceremony will include a memorial tribute, remarks from local leaders, and a moment of reflection for fallen officers.
The event is free and open for all to attend.
