WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 30
The Washington County Grand Jury met this week and returned 30 indictments. Only the names of those who have been arrested can be released:
31-year-old Oshaa Demarco Banks of Houston, 40-year-old Marcel Demond Oliver of Houston and 40-year-old Octavias Laray Thompson of Houston, all indicted for Burglary of a Building and Attempted Theft of Property from an ATM Under $300,000.
20-year-old Marcus Jay Underwood of Brenham, for Assault of a Pregnant Person, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.
36-year-old Brandon Jerome Patterson of Brenham, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
36-year-old Cristobal Martinez of Waller, for Burglary of a Habitation and Stalking.
32-year-old Jesus Javier Ortiz of Waller and 31-year-old Mayra Lizeth Ortiz-Zermeno of Houston, both for Organized Retail Theft $2,500 - $30,000.
34-year-old Deondrea Loshawn Barnett of Bryan, for Assault of a Family Member with Previous Conviction.
35-year-old Shalondre Lavelle Milo of Houston, for Stalking.
27-year-old Dharry Klinern Bailey of Sealy, for Theft of Property Less Than $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions.
37-year-old William Joseph Amelang of Brenham, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and two counts of Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More.
53-year-old Gregory Duane Davis of Chappell Hill, for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Duty to Register.
