BRENHAM POLICE MAKE ARRESTS FOR BURGLARY WARRANT, ASSAULT, CRIMINAL TRESPASS
Two Brenham men were arrested Tuesday night, one for an out-of-county burglary warrant and another for assault and trespassing.
Just past 10:15 p.m., Brenham Police Officer Trinten Rolling conducted a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Highway 105 for a defective head lamp. Investigation revealed that 60-year-old Charles Toliver had an active warrant out of the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office for Burglary of a Building. Once the warrant was confirmed, Toliver was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.
Shortly after 10:45 p.m., Sergeant Crystal Buckner was dispatched to the 1600 block of Lauraine Street in reference to an active physical disturbance. Police say their investigation revealed that an assault took place. A male subject, 66-year-old Dylan Flenoy, was found to have an active criminal trespass warning. Flenoy was placed into custody and booked at the Washington County Jail for Criminal Trespass and Assault Family Violence.
