LADY PANTHERS NAMED ALL-BRAZOS VALLEY SOFTBALL TEAM OF THE YEAR

Following their great season, the Burton Lady Panthers were recognized with selections to the Bryan College Station Eagle newspaper's 2026 All Brazos Valley Softball Team.

The Lady Panthers were named as the All-Brazos Valley Softball Team of the Year. This past season, Burton went 21-13, were undefeated District 26-2A Champions, and made it to the Regional Championship round of the playoffs, where they lost to eventual State Champion Shiner.

After her outstanding senior season, OF Amaya Williams was chosen as the All-Brazos Valley Player of the Year.

P Lexi Broesche and 2B Paige Fritsch were each named as Second Team All-Brazos Valley.

Making the All-Brazos Valley All-Academic Team from Burton were OF Amaya Williams, 2B Paige Fritsch, SS Aerynn Huntsman, 1B Melanie Wood, P Lexi Broesche, 3B Laci Broesche, and OF Natalie Hodde.
