Eighteen indictments were returned last week by the Austin County Grand Jury.

27-year-old Jartaviuss Jaquan Fletcher, indicted for Aggravated Assault Against a Public Servant and Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle.

34-year-old James Chavez, for Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Individual with Intentional Bodily Injury and Assault of a Family/Household Member with Previous Conviction.

17-year-old Rory Cordell Bratcher and 21-year-old Anthony Lee McQueen Watkins, both for Deadly Conduct – Discharge of a Firearm. 

25-year-old Gerardo Guzman Sagastume, for Collision Involving Serious Bodily Injury. 

19-year-old Anthony Demarcus Watson, for Theft of Property $2,500 - $30,000.

36-year-old Issac Tommy Young, for Criminal Mischief $2,500 - $30,000.

73-year-old Jeffery Lynn Falk, for Stalking. 

26-year-old Alexis Alanis, for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle. 

29-year-old Keaundre Trevon Stokes and 48-year-old Wesley Matthew Taylor, both for Attempting to Commit Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

35-year-old William Bradley Donavan, 22-year-old Emiliano Garcia Alberto, 39-year-old Christopher Dale Holman, 34-year-old Joseph Ryan Hundl, 27-year-old Alfred Jantes Jr., 30-year-old Jeffery Scott Mackenzie, and 21-year-old Devin Orobio, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
