AUSTIN COUNTY FAIR QUEEN CANDIDATES AND ENTERTAINMENT LINEUP REVEALED
The Austin County Fair Association revealed the 2026 Fair Queen Candidates and most of the entertainment lineup at their annual Shrimp Boil on Friday night.
This year’s candidates are:
Emma Benoit, sponsored by Buck Fergeson Originals
Laney Bevan, sponsored by Steel Rain Construction
Teaghan Eckelberg, sponsored by Austin County 4-H
Kayleigh Kendrick, sponsored by Hometown Hardware
Kaitlyn Kloss, sponsored by Riverside Tire Center
Bexley Nelson, sponsored by Huntington National Bank
Jaslene Renteria, sponsored by Cliff Jones RV & Tractor
Ellie Sowa, sponsored by the Dance Warehouse of Sealy
Hailey Svoboda, sponsored by Citizen’s State Bank of Sealy
The Fair Queen and the Ticket Queen will be crowned at the 99th Annual Austin County Fair, which runs October 3-11 in Bellville.
This year’s theme is “Country Nights and Carnival Lights.”
The Fair Entertainment was also announced for two out of the three nights. On Thursday night, the Brown Sugar Band will open for Louisiana’s Rockin’ Fiddler, Waylon Thibodeaux.
Saturday will be Kevin Fowler opening for Clay Walker.
Friday’s headliner is not being revealed until tonight (Saturday) at midnight on the Austin County Fair’s social media platforms.
