AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 13

  

Thirteen people were indicted last week by the Austin County Grand Jury.

27-year-old Spencer McCarty, indicted for two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

38-year-old Christopher Meier, for Aggravated Assault of a Family/Date/Household Member with a Weapon Causing Serious Bodily Injury and Possession of a Controlled Substance. 

31-year-old Anthony Kayne Phearse, for two counts of Online Solicitation of a Minor Under 14 and for Possession/Access to Child Pornography Sexual Conduct.

60-year-old Douglas James Smith, for Theft of Ten or More Sheep/Swine/Goats Less Than $150,000. 

36-year-old Kourtney Marie Zaskoda, for two counts of Theft of Less Than 10 Head of Livestock Less Than $30,000, one count enhanced.

37-year-old Raffitt Odom, for Jugging Burglary of a Vehicle and Evading Arrest/Detention with Previous Conviction. 

43-year-old Eddie Lewis, for Jugging Burglary of a Vehicle. 

30-year-old Xavier Alvin-Malik Taylor, for Evading Arrest/Detention with Previous Conviction. 

17-year-old Bryce Wayne Mack, for Theft of a Firearm, Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle and Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair. 

38-year-old Stephanie Denise Huddle, 34-year-old Gabriel Jamie Munoz Ceballos, 73-year-old David Wayne Telford and 34-year-old Terrence Raynard Thomas, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
