WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO MEET TUESDAY
Washington County Commissioners will be discussing a number of routine items at their meeting next Tuesday.
Commissioners will make an appointment for the Family and Community Heath Agent with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. They will also consider a Tax Phase-In agreement with Moser Community Media. The company has purchased the old Bode and Tonn building and is remodeling it for their offices.
Commissioners will also consider an agreement with the Capital Area Trauma Regional Advisory Council for funding for community preparedness that meets CDC requirements. They will also consider approval to sell surplus county property through Gov-Deals, the County’s online auction service.
A workshop reviewing the county’s response to Hurricane Harvey is also on Tuesday’s agenda.
The county commissioners meet Tuesday at 9:00 AM at the Washington County Courthouse.
