PANTHERS VISIT WEIMAR IN WEEK-4 MATCHUP

The Burton Panthers will hit the road for the first time in 2019, as they travel to Weimar tonight to face the Wildcats.

The Panthers (2-1) are coming off a disappointing loss to Shiner last Friday, 49-0.  The Comanches are ranked second in the state in Class 2A Division I—a division above the Panthers.  Weimar (3-0) is in the same district with Shiner.

Panthers’ head coach Jason Hodde says the Wildcats will be another tough non-district opponent for his team…

Hodde says his team cannot afford to make mistakes against a tough team like Weimar…

The Panthers will kick off at Weimar at 7:30.  The game can be heard on AM-1280 KWHI, FM 101.7 and www.kwhi.com beginning with the Pre-Game Show at 7:00.
