BRENHAM MAN FACES 2ND D.W.I. ARREST

A Brenham man has been charged with a second offense of Driving While Intoxicated after an accident, Friday evening.
Just before 8:30, 73-year old Henry Burns was involved in an accident in the 1100 block of U.S. 290 West, near the Firemen’s Training Center.
After an investigation by Brenham Police, Burns was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated—2nd Offense.
Burns was taken to the Baylor Scott and White Emergency Room where he was cleared by medical staff.
He was then transported and booked into the Washington County Jail.
