BRENHAM ISD CELEBRATING RED RIBBON WEEK OCTOBER 26-30

Brenham ISD is getting ready to celebrate “Red Ribbon Week 2020” next week.

All Brenham ISD schools will be promoting a drug-free and healthy lifestyle with different dress-up days each school day next week.

Monday’s theme is “Red Out,” and encourages students to wear red from head to toe.

Students should wear a tie to school for Tuesday’s theme, “Don’t get tied up making bad choices.”

Wednesday is “Wake up Wednesday,” so students can wear pajamas.

For Thursday’s theme, “Check yourself,” students should don checkered or plaid apparel.

On Friday, wear Cub green because “Cubs don’t do drugs.”

District officials encourage parents and students to participate in the dress-up days and to partner with the district by discussing this important message at home.  They say children have the right to grow up drug-free, and they have the responsibility to make that happen.
