The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission approved the lone action item on its agenda at its meeting Monday.

Commissioners unanimously approved a residential replat for 0.64 acres of vacant land at 303 Hampshire Drive.

The property owner, Dara Childs of MC Property Holdings, LLC, intends to subdivide the property into three individual lots measuring at 0.235 acres, 0.203 acres and 0.2 acres for single-family development.

The plat also includes the dedication of a ten-foot public utility easement along the rear of the property for access to an existing overhead electric line.

    1. People on here are always screaming for affordable housing.
I guess this will be it. 1/3 of a house on 1/3 of a lot for 1/2 the price of a normal house, maybe?
