BRENHAM POLICE ARREST THREE ON SUNDAY

  

Brenham Police made 3 arrests on Sunday.

Early Sunday morning at 3:00, Officers with the Brenham Police Department responded to the 2600 block of Schulte Blvd. in reference to an Assault. 26 YOA Elisabeth Emmy Duncan, 26 of Helotes, Texas, was placed under arrest for Assault Family Violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Sunday morning at 11:35 Brenham Police conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of State Highway 105, on a pickup due to equipment violation. During the traffic stop, the driver was found to have a suspended driver’s license. Cody Supak, 27 of Brenham, was taken into custody for Driving While License Invalid.

On Sunday afternoon at 4:00, officers with the Brenham Police Department conducted a traffic stop on the 2400 block of US Highway 290 East for failing to maintain single lane. Driver Michael Owen, 35 of Lebanon, TN, was placed in custody for three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Driving While License Invalid Enhanced.
