BRENHAM PLANNING AND ZONING TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS

  

The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a pair of public hearings at its meeting Monday.

Commissioners will first hear a request from Mischa Enos for a specific use permit to allow an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on a 1.13 acre lot at 503 West Alamo Street, in the R-2 Mixed Residential District.

The second public hearing is for a request from Daniel Bilski for a residential replat of three lots totaling 2.68 acres in the Alois Lane subdivision.  Bilski is seeking to replat the lots for further residential development.

City staff recommends approval of both requests.

The commission will meet Monday afternoon at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
