BRAZOS VALLEY GIVES OPEN FOR FUNDRAISING FOR REGIONAL NONPROFITS
Over 160 nonprofit organizations around the Brazos Valley are taking part in the 4th Annual Brazos Valley Gives.
A month of early giving began on September 19th, culminating today (Tuesday) in an 18-hour online giving challenge running until 11 p.m.
This year’s fundraising campaign includes 115 nonprofits from Brazos County, 22 from Washington County, 13 from Burleson County, eight from Grimes County, two from Robertson County and one from Leon County.
Organizations participating from Washington County are:

- Brenham Children's Chorus
- Brenham ISD Education Foundation
- Brenham NEXT
- Brenham Pet Adoption Center
- Burton Educational Foundation
- Camp Blessing Texas
- Camp For All
- CASA for Kids of South Central Texas
- Citadel Christian School
- Faith Mission and Help Center, Inc.
- First Baptist Church School – Brenham
- Here I Am Orphan Ministries
- HOPE Gathering, Inc
- Legacy Christian School
- Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana
- Miracle Farm
- Paul's Christian Day School
- Washington County Healthy Living Association
- Washington on the Brazos Historical Foundation
All donations go through the Community Foundation of the Brazos Valley and are made directly to the donor’s charity of choice.
The total fundraising goal is $1 million. Last year, 154 nonprofits received benefits from $926,880 raised.

Donations can also be dropped off in person at the Washington County Chamber of Commerce office in Brenham, the Caldwell Civic Center, and the Bryan/College Station Eagle drive-thru.
