EIGHT PEOPLE PLEAD GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Eight people pled guilty and were sentenced by Judge Carson Campbell last week in District Court.

Dylon Coy Serialle, 18 of Brenham, had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.  He was also sentenced to 12 months in State Jail for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Cuauhtemoc Deleon, 42 of Bryan, was sentenced to 2 years in State Jail for Burglary of a Building.

Victor Hugo Aguilar, 31 of Brenham, was sentenced to 10 months in State Jail for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.

Tommy Harrison Benson, Jr., 32 of Houston, was sentenced to 291 days in State Jail for Tampering with Physical Evidence and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Jewelien Silmon, 21 of Houston, had her probation revoked and was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.  She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Jessie Lee Caldwell, 36 of Austin, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for 2 counts of Possession of Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $2000 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.  

Kent Ray Figgs, 64 of Brenham, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.  He was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine, perform 100 hours of community service, and have no contact with the victim.

Samuel Castillo, Jr., 32 of Brenham, 3 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.
