COLUMBUS COMMUNITY HOSPITAL NAMED ON TOP 100 RURAL & COMMUNITY HOSPITAL LIST

  

Columbus Community Hospital has earned national recognition.

The hospital was selected by the Chartis Center for Rural Health to its annual list of the top 100 rural and community hospitals.  This is the fifth year in a row that the hospital has received the honor.

Columbus Community Hospital CEO James Vanek said the recognition is due to “the incredible work of every single member of our team.”  He said he is proud of how the teams at the hospital, clinics and wellness center “work together to advance care for everyone in our community.”

Columbus Community Hospital is a 40-bed, acute care medical and surgical facility with over 175 employees.  It opened as a non-profit community hospital in 1950.
