57TH ANNUAL “LEXINGTON HOMECOMING”IS SCHEDULED FOR NEXT WEEKEND
The town of Lexington is getting ready for their 57th annual Homecoming event next weekend.
Lexington Homecoming runs Friday, May 5, to Sunday, May 7, and promises “small town big fun.”
Homecoming kicks off on Friday, May 5, with a street dance featuring music by Kenny Orts from 8pm-midnight. There will also be vendors, fun, fellowship, and a rodeo.
Saturday, May 6, begins with a car and tractor show from 8am-2pm. There is going to be a parade at 10am.
Other activities include free children’s entertainment, a barbecue cookoff, rodeo, vendors, and food. The evening wraps up with a street dance from 9pm-1am featuring music by Treble Soul.
Lexington Homecoming concludes with fellowship and meals on Sunday, May 7.
