CITY OF BRENHAM: POWER RESTORED AFTER OUTAGE IMPACTING OVER 500 RESIDENTS
Update @ 2:45 p.m.: The City of Brenham says the power is back on after an outage this (Wednesday) afternoon on the northwest side of town.
The outage was first reported at approximately 1 p.m., affecting over 500 residents. Brenham ISD officials reported a loss of power at Brenham Elementary School and parts of Brenham High School.
The city issued a notice at 2:30 p.m. that electricity had been restored.
Utility crews are still troubleshooting to determine the exact cause for the outage.
Original Story @ 1:45 p.m.: City of Brenham utility crews are responding to a power outage on the northwest side of town.
Over 500 residents are affected by the outage, according to a notice issued this (Wednesday) afternoon by the city.
Brenham ISD officials say power is out at Brenham Elementary School and parts of Brenham High School.
City crews are on scene at the north substation.
