CUBETTES PICK UP A PAIR OF WINS ON TUESDAY

The Brenham Cubettes picked up a pair of wins last (Tuesday) night in Bellville. 

Brenham opened with a three-set sweep over La Grange 25-9, 25-10, and 25-7.  Charli Crowson had 10 kills and 9 assists.  Averi Frazier dished out 17 assists.  Sienna Kelm had 5 aces and 11 digs.  Kristen Kuehn added 10 digs.

The Cubettes then beat the Bellville Brahmanettes 3-2. 

Brenham won the first set 25-19, Bellville won the second set 25-21, Brenham won the third set 25-14, Bellville won the fourth set 25-21, and then Brenham won the final set 16-14.

Charli Crowson had a triple-double: 15 kills, 13 digs, and 23 assists. 

Lillie Thibodeaux had 12 kills and Rylee Sommerlatte added 11 kills.  Kristen Kuehn finished with 31 digs, while Sienna Kelm had 20 digs.  Averi Frazier dished out 27 assists.

Next up, the Cubettes will visit the Columbus Lady Cardinals on Friday for a 4:30pm match.
