TEXAS AGRI-LIFE TO SPONSOR BURLESON COUNTY BEEF TOUR
The 2015 Burleson County Beef Tour will be held on Thursday, May 7th at the Davidson Creek Ranch at 4701 Bradford Lane in Caldwell.
Program topics include Aquatic Vegetation Management, Cattle Handling and External Parasite Control, Pasture Management-Weed Control, and Feral Hog Management.
Speakers will be Dr. Todd Sink, Fisheries Specialist, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, Dr. Jason Cleere, Associate Professor and Extension Beef Cattle Specialist, Dr. David Bade, Extension Forage Specialist Emeritus, and Josh Helcel, Extension Associate.
The registration and meal will be provided by Brazos Bottom Crop Care and Area Businesses. A BBQ dinner will be provided.
