BRENHAM POLICE REPORT ARRESTS FOR TAMPERING WARRANT, INVALID LICENSE, PUBLIC INTOXICATION
Brenham police booked three people into jail over the weekend.
Shortly after 9:15 p.m. Friday, Officer Garrett Downs conducted a locals check on a known wanted person. An investigation revealed that 31-year-old Pamela Clark of Brenham had an active warrant for Driving While License Invalid out of Washington County. Clark was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.
Approaching midnight, officers initiated a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Highway 290 West. They learned that 28-year-old Michael Villaloboz of Richmond had an active warrant out of Fort Bend County for Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair. Villaloboz was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.
On Saturday, a few minutes after 2:30 p.m., Sergeant Jose Perez was dispatched to the 2600 block of Highway 36 South in reference to a welfare concern. Police say that 60-year-old Mark Joswiak of Brenham was highly intoxicated in a public place. Joswiak was placed into custody and booked at the Washington County Jail for Public Intoxication.
