BRENHAM FD CALLED OUT MONDAY FOR ACCIDENT, FAULTY AC BLOWER MOTOR
The Brenham Fire Department responded to three calls on Monday.
Just past 4:30 p.m., firefighters went out to a crash in the 2700 block of South Chappell Hill Street. They made location to find a minor crash with no injuries reported. Both vehicles were moved out of the roadway, and the department returned to service.
Shortly after 5:15 p.m., units were dispatched to a possible structure fire at 222 East Main Street. Nothing was showing from the exterior of the four-story building. Personnel found the AC blower motor had malfunctioned. After advising the owner what was found, the department turned the scene over to the owner and cleared the call.
Around 7:15 p.m., BFD members were called out for a fire alarm at Brenham High School, 525 A H Ehrig Drive. They made location to find a false alarm.
