CITY OF BRENHAM LAUNCHES COMMUNICATIONS SURVEY FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS

  

The City of Brenham is asking residents to share feedback for the purpose of better understanding how they receive information and how they prefer to stay informed.

City officials are collecting responses through a survey that they say will help the city evaluate its current communication efforts, including what information residents find most useful, where they get city news and updates, and which communication methods they prefer.

City of Brenham Communications and Public Relations Manager Melinda Gordon says communication is not just about sharing information, but also about listening.  She says, “We want to make sure we are reaching our residents in ways that are useful, convenient, and effective.  This survey provides an opportunity to tell us what is working and where we can improve to better serve our community.”
