ANNUAL KOLACHE FESTIVAL SETTING UP FOR 31ST YEAR
The 31st Annual Kolache Festival will again be celebrated on Saturday, September 12, where visitors can be of Czech heritage for the day.
The event will be held on the square in downtown Caldwell.
Come to the Kolache Festival and see the technique of quilting, woodcraft, carving, sculpturing, and dance to polka, and sing the songs of the musicians. Taste the true ethnic food and enjoy the Czech cultural heritage.
Some of the events during the festival include a Friday Pre-Festival Party from 5:30pm and 11pm, and on Saturday, free admission on Kolache Festival Day.
There will also be a Kolache Krunch 5k Run/Walk, Rod and Classic Car Show, Antique Tractor Show, Quilt Show and more.
Cactus Ken from our sister station KTEX 106 will be broadcasting live from the Festival.
