FOUNDERS OF BOOTS FOR TROOPS TO VISIT BRENHAM

  

The community will have the opportunity to meet the founders of Boots for Troops this weekend as they’ll have a booth at the Brenham Flea Market & Antique Show.

Boots for Troops is a non-profit organization with a mission to uplift and empower the overall morale and mental wellbeing of our deployed U.S. service members.

The founder of the Boots for Troops organization, Jimmy Rogers, is a U.S. Navy Veteran. Jimmy, along with the help from his fiancé, Lindsey Rogers, founded Boots for Troops while he was deployed in the middle-east during operation Inherent Resolve.

The event is at the Washington County Fairgrounds on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Boots for Troops sends U.S. service members custom care packages that feature a brand new pair of personal boots, and other morale boosting gifts, that are chosen by the service member selected to receive the package.
