BRENHAM BUILDING PERMITS CONTINUE FAST PACE
Building permits in Brenham continue to be well ahead of last year’s pace. 
Twenty five permits were issued during the month of September for a total of $2,250,155. For the year, Brenham has issued permits totaling $40,787,800. That number is well over the $24,677,415 issued last year at this time.
St. Mary’s Church was issued a permit for $878,300 for HVAC renovations.
Scott and White Hospital was issued a permit for $496,971 for a second floor OB and PT Clinic interior remodel.
A $225,000 permit was issued to Brenham Heritage Museum for an interior buildout for an art gallery.
One residential permit was granted for $37,500.
