FORMER BRYAN OFFICER DUE IN COURT TODAY

A former reserve officer for the Bryan Police Department is due back in court Wednesday after being indicted on 57 counts of child pornography.
Dennis Fraley, who was indicted back in December of 2014, will appear for his final pretrial hearing.
Fraley resigned from the police department three months prior to his indictment.
Then, in 2015, allegations arose stating he also sexually abused an intellectually disabled person.
He is also charged with aggravated sexual assault of a disabled person.
