SHELBY VFD HOSTING 62ND ANNUAL CELEBRATION MAY 26TH
The Shelby Volunteer Fire Department is preparing to host its 62nd Annual Celebration next weekend.
The annual event at Harmonie Hall in Shelby will be held Sunday, May 26th. Pork and beef barbecue will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. via free will donation. Barbecue will also be available to go starting at 10:30 a.m.
An auction will be held starting at 1 p.m., followed by a free dance with music by Charles and the Fabulous Four. There will also be a bounce house for the kids.
Proceeds from the celebration go to support the fire department purchase equipment and provide training for the community.
