A Bryan woman has been arrested in connection to the death of a Pasadena man at an apartment complex in San Marcos.

21-year-old Chelsy Alyce Mistretta is now the third person facing charges in the shooting death of 23-year-old Demarcus Trey Allen, whose body was found June 5th inside an apartment known as The Village on Telluride in San Marcos.

Online jail records say Mistretta was charged with Capital Murder by Terror Threat.  She was booked into the Brazos County Jail Tuesday, at $200,000 bond.

Mistretta is accused by San Marcos police of having been in the escape car with the other suspects the day of the shooting.

The other suspects, 23-year-old Jon Hunter Jervis and 25-year-old Lapear O’Neal Willrich, both of Giddings, have each been charged with capital murder.

San Marcos police said the shooting was recorded on a camera mounted inside the apartment.  Police also said the suspect’s vehicle matched the one Jervis was found in outside a motel in Bryan, when police arrested him on drug charges.  That incident in June occurred when Jervis was found asleep inside the escape car in possession of meth, along with credit cards and IDs that did not belong to him.

According to online records, Willrich remains in the Hays County Jail, while both Mistretta and Jervis await their extradition from Brazos County.
