BRENHAM P.D. MAKES POSSESSION ARREST
An Austin woman faces a marijuana possession charge after a traffic stop Saturday night in Brenham.
40-year old Kimberly Lynn Fagan of Austin is charged with Possession of Marijuana.
Around 9 p.m. Saturday, Officer Jonathan Phipps conducted a traffic stop in the 3300 block of Highway 290 West.
Phipps says he could smell marijuana in the car.
Fagan admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle and was detained.
