BRENHAM WOMAN ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE CHARGES

A Brenham woman has been arrested on several charges following a traffic stop Friday.
26-year old Nikki Lee Spitzer was a passenger in a car pulled over on a traffic stop in the 1900 block of South Market St., around 10:00 a.m., Friday.
According to Corporal David Dudenhoeffer, Spitzer gave several false names.
Once her true identity was revealed, Spitzer was found to have an active warrant out of New Mexico for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
She was taken into custody on the outstanding warrant as well as Failure to Identify and a Fugitive Intentionally Giving False Information.
