24-year old Stephanie Lee Triplett was arrested at a local hotel back on November 24th with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.  She was sentenced to 10 years in prison—that was then probated to six years.  She was also fined $750, ordered to perform 200 hours of community service, attend a drug offender education program, undergo drug and alcohol treatment, and complete a felony punishment facility program.

Triplett also had her probation for a 2012 arrest for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger revoked.  She was sentenced to 180 days in jail and fined $1000.

Originally the Washington County District Attorney’s office sent out a release that incorrectly stated that Triplett had been sentenced to 10 years in prison and did not include the probation portion of the sentence.

A corrected release was not sent out until the erroneous sentence had been broadcast.

A Brenham man had his probation revoked and was sentenced to four years in prison.  33-year old Jason James Stone was originally arrested for Third Offense Driving While Intoxicated back in August of 2009.  He was also fined $3,500.

56-year old Rory M. Wood of Livingston plead guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon—a third degree felony.  He was sentenced to four years in prison by District Judge Reva Towslee Corbett.  Wood was arrested back on August fifth of this year during an investigation into a stolen vehicle.

45-year old Danny Leo Bonura of Brenham was sentenced to two year in prison on a charge of Attempted Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.

30-year old Erin Shiree Wood of Killeen was sentenced to 180 days in jail on a charge of Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon—a Class A misdemeanor.

49-year old Victor Emanuel Cameron of Houston was placed on four years probation on two counts of Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.  Cameron was also ordered to spend 10 days in the Washington County Jail, ordered to perform 150 hours of Community Service and had his drivers’ license suspended for one year.

And, 24-year old Paul Dewitt Ervan of Houston was placed on four years probation for Burglary of a Building.  He was also ordered to perform 160 hours of Community Service and undergo drug and alcohol treatment.
