Downtown Brenham’s annual celebration of summer continues Saturday night with week two of Hot Nights/Cool Tunes.

Last week’s opening event featured the Texas Unlimited Band.  Event organizer and Brenham Community Services Specialist Crystal Locke, says it was successful beyond anyone’s expectations…

Week-two will feature the rock and roll music of Beatles cover-band, The Fab-Five…

The Fab-Five has been voted the Best Cover Tribute Band by the Houston Press, five years in a row.

Locke says those who make their way to downtown Brenham, Saturday night, will be transcended back to the days of the British Invasion…

This week’s program is sponsored by Brenham National Bank, Seidel Schroeder and Company, LaRoche Dentistry and Dahman and Associates, LLC Germania Insurance.

The Stray Catz Car Club will have a cruise-in.  Food and drinks will be available for purchase.  Locke says coolers are also allowed.

Cactus Ken of KTEX-106 will be the host for the evening.

Next week will feature the music of Motown and R&B with Brown Sugar.
