WASHINGTON CO. COMMISSIONERS APPROVE TAX CREDITS APPLICATION

  

Washington County Commissioners voted to approve Parklane Villa’s development and HuntJon, LLC’s Housing Tax Credits application.

Vince Michel with the Brenham Housing Authority requested support for Housing Tax Credits application to be used to help fund a modernization program.

Support means more point for the highly-competitive tax credits.

 

City of Brenham IT Director, Jerry Harris spoke at this morning’s (Tuesday) meeting on the need for a backup/disaster recovery server at the Brazos Valley Council of Governments data room.

Commissioners approved the server and grated the County Judge Authority to sign the necessary documents.

Also approved at this morning’s (Tuesday) meeting, the pending Fairgrounds Management’s Rental and Regulations contracts as well as accounts payable.
