WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO DISCUSS RELEASING A LIEN

  

The Washington County Commissioners will discuss releasing a lien on the entire real property of 8.702 acres located at 17365 FM 912, in Washington, Washington County in Precinct 1 during their meeting on Tuesday. The Court will also act on approving a resolution for the County Judge to enter into contracts for participation in the Washington County Rotation Log for Towing Services for abandoned, impounded, junked, and disabled vehicles with towing companies in Washington County.

Also during the meeting the court vote on the approval to appoint an Administrator of the towing contract and the approval of the retail development incentive guidelines for Brenham/Washington County.

Commissioners Court is likely to approve of accounts payable and pending fairgrounds contracts, and a formal notice for a proposed buried utility line on N. Berlin Road for PGMS-Central Washington County Water Supply Corp. in precinct 3.

Court will also hear many monthly reports, including, the district clerk, county clerk, justices of the peace, auditor, tax assessor/collector, the treasurer’s monthly financial report, constables, Washington County Fairgrounds Management, and Emergency Management Coordinator.

The Washington County Commissioners will meet at 9:00am Tuesday morning at the Washington County Courthouse.
