MCCAUL ATTACKS SECURITY OF HEALTH CARE WEBSITE

District 10 U.S. Congressman Michael McCaul has another objection to the Affordable Care Act and it deals with cybersecurity.

McCaul, who represents Brenham and Washington County in the U.S. House, is the Chair of the House Homeland Security Committee. He says recent hearings show him that the Healthcare.gov website is not secure from cyberattacks and hackers.  McCaul also says the Department of Health and Human Services has had ‘almost no interaction with the Department of Homeland Security.

Congressman McCaul, a long time opponent of the Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as Obamacare, is continuing his demands that implementing the Act ought to be delayed until the government can guarantee the website is secure.

McCaul is also decrying the low enrollment numbers.  He says it is not surprising because he believes it is bad policy.
