Fun and safety will be the order of the day next Saturday, when the Brenham High School Anchor Club its annual Bike Rodeo and Safety Fair.

The event is set for Saturday morning April 11th in the parking lot at WalMart at Highway 290 and Highway 36 South.

Ashley Bentke of the Anchor Club says there will be lots of fun and plenty to do at the Bike Rodeo…

Michaela Rust, also with the Anchor Club, says in addition to the fun and games, the  Bike Rodeo also stresses a very important message…

       

The Bike Rodeo and Safety Fair is being presented by the Brenham High School Anchor Club in cooperation with WalMart, the City of Brenham Bicycle Cops, the Brenham Fire Deparment, the Pilot Club and Citizens on Patrol.

There are lots of games and activities at the Bike Rodeo.

The event is also presented thanks to a grant from the Texas Medical Association’s “Hard Hats for Little Heads” program.
