ONE ARRESTED FOR ACTIVE WARRANT AND DRUG CHARGES

  

Cpl. Seth Klehm conducted a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Burleson St on Saturday around 7:54pm.

The driver, forty-year-old Danna Yvonne Garcia, of Somerville, had an active warrant for Driving without a Valid License with previous convictions. Garcia was transported to the Washington County Jail by Sgt. Raven while Klehm conducted an inventory of the car.

Klehm located what appeared to cocaine residue in the vehicle and then performed a probable cause search during which he located crack cocaine.

Garcia was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Driving While License Invalid.
