FOUR PERSONS RECEIVE JAIL TIME FROM 21ST DISTRICT COURT
Four persons plead guilty to felony offenses and were sentenced in the 21st Judicial District Court, heard by Judge Reva Towslee-Corbett, according to Julie Renken, District Attorney.
Geronimo Ali Hickey, age 36, of Brenham plead guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance from March 17, 2011 and April 1, 2011 and was sentenced to seven years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
Benjamin Zebadiah Molina, Age 33, of Navasota, plead guilty to several drug charges including two charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, from February 22, 2014, and one charge of Evading Arrest/Detention Using Vehicle from December 23, 2012, and a charge of Evading Arrest with Previous Conviction from December 23, 2012.
Molina was sentenced to time in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in all these cases.
John Thomas Davison, Age 50, of Brenham, plead guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance from April 18, 2014, and was sentenced to 2 years in the TDCJ, probated for four years, a $1500 fine, court cost, $50 Crime Stoppers Fee, 160 hours of community Service, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, drug offender education program and provide DNA and urinalysis samples.
Joshua Curtis, Age 31, of Bryan, plead guilty to having a Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility and Evading Arrest and Detention with Previous Conviction, both from January 1, 2015.
Curtis was sentenced to four years Deferred Adjudication Probation, $1,000 fine, court cost, $50 Crime Stoppers fee, 160 hours of community service, drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment, and provide DNA and urinalysis samples on both cases.
