WASHINGTON CO. CLERK TO BE RECOGNIZED DURING COMMISSIONERS MEETING

  

The League of Women Voters of Texas will recognize Washington County Clerk Beth Rothermel during the County Commissioners meeting next Tuesday.

Rothermel will be recognized for providing and maintaining accurate and easy to find election information on the Washington County election website. The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan, political organization that encourages informed and active participation in government.

The commissioners will also hear a number of monthly reports from county entities including: Washington County 911, Washington County EMS, Information Technology, and the Veterans Service Officer.

The commissioners will also hear the Washington County Sheriff’s annual report for 2016, in addition to the sheriff’s monthly report.
