LAST DAY OF EARLY VOTING FOR GENERAL ELECTION
Today (Friday) is the last day of early voting.
Washington County Clerk Beth Rothermel says there were 473 ballots cast on Thursday, bringing total in-person early voting numbers to 7,951.
Early voting runs until 5 p.m. today at the Washington County Courthouse Annex. Voters that wait for Election Day on Tuesday will need to go to their regular polling location.
Fifteen polling places will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, including:
101 — Friedens Church Activity Center, at 20322 FM 1155, in Washington.
104, 117 and 121 — Washington County Events Center, 1305 East Blue Bell Road, in Brenham.
109 — St. Matthew Lutheran Church, at the Education Building, on 8819 FM 2621 in Brenham.
115 — Silver Wings Ballroom, 4100 Highway 105 East in Brenham.
203 — Chappell Hill fire station, at 5295 Main Street in Chappell Hill.
205 — VFW Hall, 1200 East Tom Green Street, in Brenham.
208 and 202 — Salem Lutheran Church, 1500 Salem Road in Brenham.
307 and 316 — American Legion Hall, at 903 North Park Street, in Brenham.
311 — St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 8201 Old Gay Hill Rd, in Brenham.
312 — St. John Lutheran Church, 6605 Old Independence Road in Brenham.
320 — Berlin-Mill Creek-Zionsville fire station, 101 Lillie Lange Road, off of Highway 290 West in Brenham.
406, 418 and 419 — Blinn College Student Center, 1007 Walter Schwartz Way in Brenham.
410 — Burton Community Hall, 13100 West Washington Street in Burton.
413 — Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 6700 Wickel Road in Burton.
414 — Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, 4950 FM 332 in Brenham.
