MULTIPLE CHARGES FILED AFTER SUNDAY MORNING ARREST
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham man faces numerous charges after his arrest Sunday morning.
Just before 8:00 a.m., police were called out to the Washington County Fairgrounds to suspicious behavior.
A person they found at the scene, 28-year old Victor Hugo Aguilar of Brenham, was wanted on a theft warrant.
Police report that Aguilar was also in possession of stolen items and narcotics.
Agular was taken into custody on the warrant for Theft of Property/with two or more Convictions.
He was also charged with and additional charge of Theft of Property over $2500; Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
