BURTON SCHOOL BOARD MEETING, BUDGET WORKSHOP MONDAY NIGHT

  

The Burton School Board will meet tonight (Monday) for its regular monthly meeting and a budget workshop.

After beginning the yearly budget process at the workshop, the board will meet in regular session to consider board policy updates, along with potentially changing travel and mileage reimbursement rates.

The board will also hear reports from the superintendent, principals and athletic directors, in addition to financial reports.  It will then adjourn into executive session to discuss personnel and district safety and security.

The board will meet at 5 p.m. for the budget workshop, and at 6:30 p.m. for the regular meeting.  Both meetings will take place at the Burton ISD Administration Office at 701 North Railroad Street.
