INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY INTO ALLEGED ASSAULT
Brenham Police are investigating an alleged assault after an incident Tuesday, just before noon.
Police were called out to a parking lot at a business in the 1200 block of Rink Street.
The victim says someone tried to run him over with a vehicle after the two had argued in the lot. Police are investigating the case as an Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
No one was injured and the investigation continues.
