WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY RETURNS 28 INDICTMENTS

  

The Washington County Grand Jury returned 28 indictments Tuesday.  Only the names of those already arrested can be released to the public.

Don Wayne Basey, 57 of Burton was indicted for making a Terroristic Threat against a Peace Officer.

Melvin Maurice Hogan, Jr., 44 of Washington, Texas was indicted for Burglary of Habitation.

Jadlyn Marquice King, 22 of Washington, Texas was indicted for Burglary of Habitation.

Richard Earl Knight, 52 of Chappell Hill was indicted for Continuous Trafficking of Persons.

William Ralph Mitchell, Jr., 60 of Brenham was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated with 3 or more offences.

Michael Troy Pruitt, 45 of Houston was indicted for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.

Terron Oneil Webb, 38 of Brenham was indicted for Assault of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction.

6 people were indicted on Possession of a Controlled Substance charges.  They are Michale Andrew Bennett, 54 of Burton, Laramie David Keim, 25 of Brenham, Patrick John Larue, Jr., 23 of Alvin, Jihad Youssef Limones, 29 of Magnolia, Tayler Alan Nuttall, 24 of Round Rock, and Justin Wayne Reuter, 34 of Brenham.  Two people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with Physical Evidence.  They are Angie Alyssa Wilkerson, 41 of Cleveland, and Sherryl Barker Woods, 56 of Sugarland. Additionally, Tamendreon Obryant Phillips, 32 of Chappell Hill was indicted for 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Theft of Property less than $2500 with 2 Previous Convictions.

The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the name can now be released.

Alvaro Mendoza Rodriguez, 41 of Hutto was indicted for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, 10-50 Items.

Javier Mendoza Rodriguez, 39 of Austin, was also indicted for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, 10-50 Items.

Joseph Christopher Thompson, 46 of Brenham was indicted for Stalking.
