WEATHER PUTS ASTROS’ GAMES MONDAY & TUESDAY IN JEOPARDY

Lance McCullers

The Astros will face the Kansas City Royals, in a pair of exhibition games, tonight and tomorrow.

However, both games are in jeopardy with an 70% chance of rain today and tomorrow.

"You hate to lose a day of work," says Astros' Manager Dusty Baker, "but we need a game if we're going to go there."

If played, Lance McCullers will start the first game, which is scheduled for tonight at 7:05 p.m.

Josh James will start tomorrow afternoon’s game, which is scheduled for 1:05 p.m.

Tonight’s game can be heard live on AM-1280 and FM 101.7, beginning with the pre-game show at 6:50.

The Astros will open the season Friday against the Seattle Mariners at Minute Maid Park.

First pitch is set for 8:10 with a 7:35 Astro-Launch on AM-1280 KWHI and FM 101.7.
