WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY RETURNS 26 INDICTMENTS

  

Twenty-six indictments were issued this week by the Washington County Grand Jury.

Only the names of 12 who were indicted this week were released publicly, in accordance with the District Attorney’s policy of only naming those who have been arrested.

Among those indicted:

36-year-old Elizabeth Nichole Briscoe of Beaumont, Criminal Mischief between $25,000 and $30,000.

33-year-old Jessie Gomez, Jr. of Richmond, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

40-year-old James Robert Griffin of Belton, Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance and Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.

21-year-old Angel Marquez of Houston, Theft of Property between $25,000 and $30,000.

29-year-old Lakendra Millard of Houston, Theft of a Firearm and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

38-year-old Fredrick Deshawn Pleasant of Houston, Possession of a Controlled Substance.

24-year-old Daniel Nickolas Reyes of Houston, Theft of Property between $25,000 and $30,000.

17-year-old Emmanuel Joseph Santana of Brenham, one count of Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance (Deadly Weapon), and four other counts of Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance.

41-year-old Jeremy Val Suarez-Baez of Austin, Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.

37-year-old Jennifer Renee Taylor of Pflugerville, Possession of a Controlled Substance.

42-year-old Mitchell Ray Wilson of Brenham, Failure to Comply Sex Offender Duty with Previous Conviction.

37-year-old Canon Dawon Woods of Hempstead, Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.

The following persons were previously indicted by the grand jury and have since been arrested, so their names can now be released.

Indicted November 10th:

19-year-old Quintdale Ferguson of Brenham, Sexual Assault of a Child.

19-year-old Luke Carson Smith of Brenham, Indecency with a Child-Sexual Contact.

49-year-old Franklin Tanner of Brenham, Bail Jumping/Failure to Appear.
