COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO HEAR PLAT REQUESTS

  

Washington County Commissioners will hear presentations on a trio of preliminary plats in Precinct Two, when they meet Tuesday.

The plats are for a 28-acre development the Chappell Grove subdivision for 11 residential lots, 28 acres in the Chappell Creek subdivision for 10 residential lots and for development in Century Farms of Chappell Hill.

The court is also expected to approve formal notices from PGMS for two-inch road bores for a one-inch water line replacement on Shadow Lawn and Creekside Drive in Country Place North West.

Commissioners are also expected to:

Issue a proclamation celebrating the 30th anniversary of Washington County E911.

Approve for the Precinct One constable to accept a donation of three patrol rifles from Deep in the Heart Farms.

They will also hear monthly reports from E911, sheriff’s office, Emergency Medical Services, IT and the veterans service officer.

Commissioners will meet at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday at the Washington County Courthouse Annex.QUE
